Please note that our general place of jurisdiction is Germany. Therefore only the German AGB is legally binding. The following text is for information purposes only.

1. General

These General Terms and Conditions of Business (as amended) shall apply to business relationships of any kind between Mirko Reisser Shop (hereinafter called: Onlineshop) and the customer profession (§ 13 of the German Civil Code). Customers may be businesses or consumers. A consumer shall mean any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can be primarily attributed neither to a trade nor a.

2. Contracting party

3.  Offers and contract signing

3.1 The product display in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer; instead it is merely a non-binding offer to place an order. Errors and omissions excepted.

3.2 By clicking the button [Buy], the customer makes a legally binding commitment to purchase the goods in the shopping basket. The customer shall receive an order confirmation immediately after the order has been submitted. The sales contract shall only enter into effect upon receipt of our separate order confirmation.

4. Cancellation rights

Purchasers, who are consumers, are entitled to a right of revoking the contract on condition of the following instructions. Purchaser can revoke the order within a revocation period of 14 days without further specification of reasons in written form (e.g. letter or e-mail) or by returning the goods. The revocation period does not start before the delivery and the reception of this instruction. Punctual dispatch suffices to comply with the time limit. The revocation must be declared to:

In case of an effective revocation, any performance received by one party is to be returned to the respective other, as are benefits derived from such performance, e.g. interest. If Purchaser cannot return the goods received in whole or in part or if Purchaser can only return the received goods in a deteriorated state, Purchaser must pay compensation for value insofar. There is no duty to pay compensation for value, if the sole cause of deterioration of the good(s) received was the inspection of the respective good(s), as would have been possible in a retail shop. Purchaser has to bear the costs of return.

These Cancellation Rights do not apply for products manufactured according to the customers specification. A return is in those cases not accepted.

5. Prices and shipping costs

5.1 The prices to our respective products are final prices. They include all price components including taxes and value added tax.

5.1 Delivery and shipping costs are not included in the sales price. They are listed on the page Shipping costs, will be separately stated during the ordering process. These additional costs have to be met by you.

6. Delivery

6.1 The delivery is carried out with DHL.

6.2 The period of delivery is typically: Germany 3-7 working days, EU 1-2 weeks, international 3-6 weeks.

7. Payment terms

7.1 Payments can be made via PayPal or Prepayment.

7.2 If the selected method of payment is prepayment we will disclose our bank details in the order confirmation and will deliver the goods after receipt of payment.

7.3 The right to indemnifications is entitled to you only in case your counter claims have validity in the judicial order or are indisputable or recognized by us in written form.

7.4 Right of retention only exists as long as the claims result from the identical contractual relationship.

8. Reservation of title

The goods remain our property until completed payment.

The products can be deleted from the shopping card anytime by clicking the button [delete]. If you would like to buy products from your shopping card, click on the button [proceed to check-out]. Please fill in your personal information now. Required details are asterisked (*). Creating an account is not necessary. After filling in your personal data and having selected a method of payment you can proceed to the ordering page by clicking the button [verify input]. On the ordering page you can check and verify the information you have given us again. By clicking the button [place order] you can finalise the ordering process. The process can be cancelled anytime by closing your browser window. On the respective pages you will receive further information, e.g. possibilities of corrections.
